Promoting Mental Health & Well-being

The principle objective of the Well Project is to empower students, and the staff that support them, to decrease the levels of stress and anxiety often faced when making the move to Higher Education (HE). The Transitioning to HE course is designed to equip students with the knowledge, tools and resources needed for self-care. The Train-the-Trainer course provides staff with the skills and knowledge to support students navigate their move to HE. And the Survival Toolkit is a reference source to support students in the development of their resilience and coping skills when overcoming barriers to integration into HE life.
